This pattern is free to use so long as you follow my rule: please credit me for this, even if you modify it. Other than that, please enjoy!
This is for the male uniform jacket from Persona 4 (like this). Sorry if the pattern is a little hard to understand; this is how I usually draw them, and it works for me.
I have not actually made this, and so it might still need some tweaking. Since this is all flat patterning, it's not quite as reliable as draping. It's a pretty standard design, though, so this should work. It's generally better to err on the side of too big than too small (you can take in as much as you want, but you can only let out so much), so if you're worried, make it a touch bigger.
This pattern assumes a 1/2 inch seam allowance.

I love the visual for this! However, I just had a quick question as to how the measurements worked for the front and back pieces. Do they go like (Chest/4)+2.5”, or is it more (Chest+2.5”)/4?
